Clean and friendly facility. I used the self-serve dog wash and appreciated the private room, easy to use tools, and the ear cleaner! I also liked the perforated floor in the tub, which my dog seemed to feel very secure on. (Read: no whining and weird 'dancing' in the tub.) Thank you!
